Is there a limit to the value of a gift credit?
Yes. Gift credits are available for thousands of local businesses in your area, in any amount from $1 to $100.
How much does it cost to buy a gift credit?
Give Real charges a flat fee of $0.90 per gift given, regardless of the gift amount.
What is Give Real's refund policy?
You may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of the purchase, provided the gift recipient has not accepted the gift.
Redeeming a Gift Credit
Where can I redeem my gift credit?
You can redeem your gift credits at the local business selected by the gift giver, as specified in your gift notification.
Why do I need to register a credit card to accept my gift credit?
Give Real applies gift credits to your own debit or credit card, instead of issuing the traditional piece of plastic, coupon, or code. Our goal at Give Real is to transform the debit or credit card in your wallet into a gift card that is easy-to-use and discreet.
When can I redeem my gift credit?
Once you've registered your card with Give Real, you can redeem your gift credit right away.
Do I need to tell the sales representative?
No. Simply use your registered card at the specified merchant, and you'll automatically receive a credit to your account within 3-5 business days.
What if I have, for example, a $25 gift credit and I only spend $10?
Your card will be charged $10 and you will be credited $10 within 3-5 business days of your gift redemption. Give Real will let you know via email that you have $15 left to enjoy in gift credits.
What if I have, for example, a $10 gift credit and I spend $25?
Your card will be charged $25, and you will be credited $10 within 3-5 business days of your gift redemption.
When will my account be credited?
Give Real will credit your account 3-5 business days after the purchase posts to your account.
